Compare this with yesterdays photo a day(16 Oct09)This Dornier, without engines, was on show for Wigan War Week to collect money for the War effort. It had forced landed in the South and toured the country as an incentive for the public to part with some money. E.T

I bet it ahd it's engines on when it arrived, someone probably weighed them in at Calderbanks
Remember crawling on board this machine with my mates.Some of them retrieved bits of perspex to make rings out of.
