Yes times were hard but I bet the kids were happier than kids are today...
Is School St and School Lane the same? My mother grew up at 57 School lane Garswood. Not finding a reference to School Lane.
Ken, is there any chance you could repost this photo in a sharper version? My mother and her brother are in the photo and I would like to enhance it but the picture quality is not very good. A sharper version might help . Many thanks if you can oblige
