Hi Olive, I worked in the office at the Cleansing Dept from 1961-66. The man next to your dad (Arthur) is Dick Collier, the man in the middle front row is Reg Bolton (he had a brother (twin?) Charlie Bolton from Whelley who was a sweeper) the man on Reg's right (left as you look) I think was Joe Appleton. I don't the other man. I also have no idea when the photo was taken. I suspect well before my time at Frog Lane.

Is the man second left,Brian (i dont remember his last name)who worked in the stores later on in life.

I'm almost certain that the man on the end, on the left as we look at it is my Grandad, Arthur Fisher from Martland Mill.
The man on the far right is my Dad herbert cunliffe
