If I'm not mistaken, the body work was by Northern Counties and delivered new to Wigan Corporation in 1931.In the book by Bob Rowe on Northern Counties, there is mention that Leyland agreed to supply 20 Leyland Titan chassis to the local bus body builders. So Massey Bros. got 10 and Northern Counties got 10. According to Phil Thomas book on Massey Bros. Coachbuilders ,their 3rd bus was reg.EK8108-EK8115 plus EK8088 &EK8089.
