john don't think its a left hand drive, but if them keys are in ignition that is strange, most of our trucks have ignition on right, but will stand to be corrected.

Image has been reversed, hence appearance of L.H.D.
The chap's shirts button the 'wrong way', and plaque above right hand figure's shoulder can just be seen to have reversed lettering.

LOL the photo was copied from an old negative that I must have put in the wrong way, sorry it should have been flipped over to make it the right way

if you use a mirror to view the photo you will see the correct image the wagon is a right hand drive
