Think girl next to Keith Roberts was Doris Walmersley. Well done on remembering everyone,s name.
Who is the girl between Glenys Fairhurst and Pat Cooper?
Think the girl is Kathleen Foster. For the life of me cannot remember why we endedd up at Brindley Street. Wander what everyone is up to these days?
I would like to hear from anyone on this photo
Think it was Doris Vose on back row and Sandra Hall on front, Brindley Street was really basic looking back, but remember it as a good class and a good year. Susan(Harris)
These photos are fantastic, my dad, Barrie, didnt have any photos of primary school so i will be sure to keep these! If any of you remember him, he sadly passed away in 2004 aged 58. But its great to see these pictures!
I did not know Barrie had any children. Sorry to hear he died. Barrie and me were best friends when we were at junior school and our playground was in Norley Hostel, where he lived with his mother.

My sister told me about the photo as I live in Australia sorry to hear about Barrie Arrowsmith and Brian Gregory. I think the girl sitting between Glenys and myself was called Kathleen but can't remember her surname.Best wishes to all Pat
Since looking at these photos I've lost my hubby Dave Brown he passed away in 2010.
Sorry to hear that dave Brown had died.
I spoke to him in B&Q around that time after not seeing him for many years
The girl next to Pat Cooper is Margaret Foster
Happy memories of excellent teaching and good friends despite relatively basic conditions. Would love to hear fromanyone on photo.
Sad that several of classmates have died, remember everyone with affection, David Brown was always smiley, Harry Shepherd and Barrie Arrowsmith were taller than everyone else. Cant remember there ever being any unpleasantness or bullying when we were marooned at Brindley Street, everyone got on.
I was very friendly with Barry arrowsmith in the early 50s
We had some great times in the old folks home I know his dad was in Canada he got some great presents from canada
