Lovely photo of much more innocent times.The painted brick walls remind me of the old Ince school which I only attended in the Infants,before transferring to theJuniors in new school in Charles Street.

That's just what it reminded me of, too, Elizabeth....the old Ince Central. And I agree with Julie's sentiments.....these photos tug at the heart-strings. xx

The young lad on right hand side of pic where two are sat down looks like one of chesneys of st Mary's rd.
