Linda, I don't know what happened to the cross, the old chapel was demolished and the new one built and I hadn't been back in that time, is it not on the new chapel ?.

Hi Walter its not on the new chapel if i see anyone from Aspull soe times i see JUNE FILLINGAM in Wigan i will ask she goes to the Knit and Natter club in the new chapel

I was married in Aspull Methodist Chapel in 1959 . Would love to see. More photos if there are any. Saturday night Socials were regularly arranged which took place in the school, we had old thyme dancing, games, concerts, hot pot suppers and Beetle Drives followed by lovely refreshments. These were events which all the family could enjoy. Does anyone remember them.
