Collection of Lower Ince Walking Day photos, dating from the late 1940's to the early 1960's. Some of my family members can be seen amongst the crowds, they all attended Westwood Independent Methodist Chapel in James Street.

this is Charterhouse Road house on left is where I was born and lived until 1963 when I came to Australia. House No 14 and next door No 12 where Matthews's lived. I was married in Independant Methodist Chaple (Westward) James St in 1958.

Hi Gordon, Mr and Mrs Matthews at number 12 were my great grandparents, with my Auntie Molly remaining in the house until she died in 1994. I remember my grandma mentioning your name. Hope you're well.
