I do believe this is adjacent to the Market Square, and on the other side of the building, which is next to the bus,on the opposite side of the road, would be The Park Hotel, and further along towards the Wigan Grammar School, would be Tom Moss's Dance School. Did many a waltz, and quick step, with a pretty Wigan lass, at Tom Moss's Dance School.
