Veronica, I have tried in vain to spot you but the photo is slightly blurred and I can't pick you out! As Mary Norton says to Laura in the posh restaurant. "I peered and peered my dear but I still couldn't be sure it was you!" So please point yourself out, my dear! Like Laura, I'm not used to champagne, but we'll have a glass or two of Garry's sherry! I am very well hidden Irene under a big ‘Gone With The Wind Hat”. The one and only time I wore it and never took it off! On the right under a lilac hat! But you won’t make me out..

I was always under the impression that it was traditional for the bride’s mother to wear a big hat , so I’m going for the lady in the centre behind the bridesmaids ….

Yes it was Edna. Behind the photographer there were loads of Hydrangea shrubs. I wonder if they are still there..probably not.
