Third from right back row looks like Graham Naylor.
4th from the right, back row with the blonde hair looks like an ex amateur rugby league referee who's name eludeds me. Possibly, Southworth? Having said that, it may be a totally different person!
It is certainly a well staffed school.
I was there 69-74 so should know a lot of them.

I don't recognise any from the back two rows except top left - Mr Blob (haven't a clue what his actual name is).
The lady seated fourth from the right is Mrs McAllister
Don't know if he was still there Tom Naylor was our cricket coach for spring view in the 60s, He was a teacher there then.
Great photo of a great school.

Tom Naylor is on the back row in the white shirt. He was a pupil at TLS and was the 1st team cricket captain and the 1st team football captain whilst there,
Played cricket at Spring View and rugby for Wigan RUFC.

I attended the school from 66 to 71. I remember most of my teachers, some seem to be missing from the photograph. Mrs Storey (geography) Mr Boardman (PE/football coach), Mr Swift (maths) and Miss Partington (music) to name but a few. Perhaps we finished them off in 71 and they had a career change.
Mr Winfield left side of doorway used to take us camping in the lakes
Ms Battle / mrs storey middle row second on the right.
I was the only kid in the school from Liverpool when there until 1972,
I now live in Brisbane Australia
