Amazing picture. I'm tempted to go and sit on a wheelbarrow in the middle of Scholes Crossing and see what happens, anyone care to join me?
I believe the local mobility scooter club meet in that same spot DTease.
Wheelbarrow sitting! What perfect unadulterated bliss. Bring it back I say.
GW, I'm in the planning stages now for a four wheel drive , cross country mobility scooter. I'm hoping to have it ready before my doddering old pins give up completely and lay down to die.
If the Mobility Scooter Club was in favour we could have Hill Climbing Events from Scholes Crossing to Greenough St. To add to the excitement we could have Battery changing pit stops at the Shopping Precinct.
In time all the top mobility scooter drivers in the world would be flying in by helicopter begging to take part. The possibilities are endless.
You've predicted the future DTease. How about a solar powered wheelbarrow rally around the 3 sisters?
Just sitting in them lads is surely enough.
Would either of these events be open to users of Zimmer frames lads ?, as at my ultra top secret facility, at flat no 23 Boyswell House, I'm currently working flat out to produce a nuclear powered track laying version, ( with airbag and side impact protection ). Although well under way, the project hasn't been without its setbacks, as Boots the chemists have informed me that there's been a run on plutonium 239 just recently, and they are unable to supply. My hopes are now riding on Kim Jong-un's response to my recent email.
Er..solar power GW? Around here? You would be lucky to get round one of the sisters let alone three of 'em.
Back to the drawing board then. Although some say sunny skies and global warming is the future.
I'm sitting on mi wheelbarrow
In the middle of the road
Just waiting fer a friendly Carthorse
To deposit me a load
I need it fer mi Roses
'Cos they don't look very fit
And I'm told the thing to cure em
Is a barrow load of ...horse manure.
