I suppose it is too much to expect any names at this distance of time.These people included some who remembered when Wigan was Tory Wigan and when 3 of the 4 Scholes Wards returned Conservative councillors.On one memorable occasion so did the fourth ,St Patrick's-Billy Highton the butcher
