All no longer with us R I P . and coincidently all also played for St Helens

Billy Bretherton was also known for playing twice at central park in the same day, because he was in the brass band before the match.
Eric Ashton never played for St Helens, only coached them and then became a director.
IT is very nice to see Wigan with the cup and also like my cousin Tricia BILL BRETHERTON was my cousin too he was a true gentleman .also very sad i miss our chats Triciaxxx
