Frank Barton was a HGV driver for Blackrod Motors in the 1970s. A very nice man and good driver.

This "get together" was to "celebrate" the 50th anniversary of Wigan's win at Wembley in the Rugby League Cup final of 1948 against Bradford Northern, hence the presence of Trevor Foster.
