Wigan, Leeds Parish Church and York Minster shared a common link in Sir Edaward Bairstow. One of his pupils, Dr Francis Jackson who went on to be Organist at York Minster, is seated in the bright robes in the centre. I believe the choirs sung Evensong on the day.
