People are always moaning about something, to many birds on photo-a-day, too much Haigh Hall etc. This good photo shows what a presence Haigh Hall is over Wigan.
Agree with you Ken R, can't help but wonder though will Haigh hall remain a presence over Wigan if left to the powers that be?
