id completely forgot about the raised grassy part in the middle! omg my memory is shocking!

I can remember when there was a pub on the grassy bit.

i remember browns the off licence just out of shot to the left, demolished years ago, now aldi car park.

Brown's went towards the end of 1994, had been there many years. Saddle has changed so much over the years, not sure if it ever gets any better though!

whats that floating above the no entry sign??

probably an advertising balloon used by the car dealer,s in miry lane?

David do you have any pics or know anyone with pics of browns shop,my dad stanley brown ran it before his brother harry.

I was an apprentice at the company just to the right of the picture , it was called Newtown boiler co I've never seen any pictures of the place for years
