the uk between david sharples, barry fairhurst is jack hardman, sammy hardman brother. i think he was a coach or something, i will ask him as he is my grandad. i will ask where it was taken as i got it from him

hi david , i knoe jack hardman & it,s not him as the guy in question is to young . i think your talking about tommy atherton who is on the back row to the left of david sharples.

yes i do david . i used to see him regular when he came in the blue bell at w/ends.

I was talking to Alan Horton the other day ( front row centre holding shield) and he said the photo is approx 1971 and it was taken at Wigan Emp.

dont know about wigan emp, but this photo looks very like the old village club before they refurbished the games room.
