Wigan Album

A most evocative photo for me. I attended the church and the scouts here for about 5 years of my youth in the late 1960’s. Always used this entrance but had forgotten what it looked and felt like. Fraser Platt and Derek Stott ran the scouts and, looking back, I owe them a lot. They freely gave of their time and as a result of this I managed to steer a much better path through my youth than I would otherwise have done.
