Wigan Album

I am very interested to see this photo of the Salvation Army Band, I think I can identify my Dad Bram Humphreys on the front row in the middle.He looks to be in his early teens, so that would make the date of the photo the late 1920's. What is confusing me is that I do not recognise anyone else on the photo,and I am wondering if the Band may have been visiting Wigan and my Dad just joined in!
Can anyone else help?

Dot, I work for a veterans association in Canada and was wondering if I could ask you a few questions about your father as his name matches that of a person our association conferred an honorary life membership to in 1973. anavets@storm.ca
