She is one of the original McAvoys of the McAvoy butchers that is still on Wigan market today.

Hello Kathryn. I thought I recognised your mum. I used to live just round the corner from her when she lived on Eccleston Street. I spent many hours in that house playing subbutteo football with her son Ken! I left the area in 1982 when I got married.
