Hi judith, yes thats our kath with rosemary to her left,rosemary was later the nurse at wallgate,all the others are unknown do you know them.

What happy memories. I started off at Garrard record players, up the Pemberton works next to remploy. I was on quality control testing the record players. Then was transferred to wigan when it was plesseys. I was the first on the line doing wiring. We worked on commission, if I have my facts right, we finished wiring my work I would slip in & assist to get work through and out the way. But then later joined the quality control, at the end of the wirers line. The girls dressed me up and was paraded in Wigan with toilet paper etc. Then emigrated to Oz for nearly 8 years. But am back in Wigan area yet again. Happy times.
