Sorry guys but I reckon that year listed is wrong.
I believe we have here David Morton,Bob Shaw Keith Davies and I think David Fairhurst before they went to the Grammer School.
So the year must be just later than 1946 but not 1956.
But do correct me if I'm wrong !!
The year is 1949 not 1956. The team is top row left to right David Morton, Bob Shaw, Murray Deane, Derek Price, David Fairhurst. The middle row left to right is ? Parsons, Tommy Smales,David Lee, John Lee(twins), Keith Davies.The bottom row left to right is David Bentley and Keith Tyrer.
The photo was for show; the football team never played another School (all too rough for us!).
