The Lady on the far right was called Winnie Smith I used to hang a round with her daughter Julie. They live next door but one in Up holland. Sadly Winnie passed away in 1984.

i remember those faces. i used to work on meter adjusting. me mam annie was shop steward in machine shop, we both moved to lamberhead

Hi Janet, the other girl is Brenda Wilson,I think Brenda come from Wallgate when they closed down.

The last time I saw Jane she was nursing in Wigan Hospices and still smiling
