Nice picture Derek as are all the pics of Highfield you have made available brought back many happy memories. On an all too rare visit I made a month ago I was shocked at the changes that have taken place since the 60's. Access to Winstanley Park forbidden and hardly a trace of Summersales Colliery. Still it has encouraged me to return again before all my youth is buried under housing developments.
