Spent many a Saturday afternoon in Hen Pen behind Sticks 3p to go in.Never forgot the smell of Horse Liniment players rubbed on legs ,did same when I used to play.( Beats any Poncie aftershave) Billy Boston Eric Ashton Roy Evans ,my favourite Fred (punchy)Griffis Dave Bolton ext.Great players,Great Team.
