Fleetwood Bac
Date: 27th October 2017
Details:  FLEETWOOD BAC

MAC ARE ... BAC! ! !

Presented by GS Promotions

FLEETWOOD BAC are the world’s first and best Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band, endorsed by Mick Fleetwood himself, the only Mac tribute to authentically replicate the classic 'Rumours' line-up.

Over the last few years they have received rave reviews from 'The Stage' newspaper, the U.K.s leading Fleetwood Mac fansites, the official Stevie Nicks website; and from ecstatic audiences wherever the band played, wowing audiences as far afield as Dubai, St. Tropez, the Cayman Islands and Monte Carlo, and twice selling out the world-famous Minack Theatre in Cornwall.

Fleetwood Bac have also been rated by The Times newspaper as one of the U.K.'s top 5 tributes, alongside The Bootleg Beatles, Bjorn Again and the Counterfeit Stones.

Fans include original Mac bassist and biographer Bob Brunning, who joined the band several times on stage, and Peter Green's official biographer Martin Celmins.

The sound, the look, the mystical atmosphere and on-stage chemistry are all portrayed with the passion and energy that got the seal of approval from ‘Big Daddy’ Mick, and built up an excellent reputation amongst Mac fans through numerous tours, festival appearances, corporate events and TV and radio slots all over the U.K. and Europe.

The Fleetwood Bac show focuses on the ‘Rumours’ era of the band (still the 5th biggest-selling album of all time). It also features several songs from the Peter Green days, plus some of Stevie’s biggest solo hits, in either a theatrical 2-hour show, including costume-changes and an acoustic section, or a one-hour Greatest Hits Show, specially tailored for corporate events.

Songs featured (all UK and US hit singles) include: Dreams, Don’t Stop, Go Your Own Way, You Make Loving Fun, Tusk, Gypsy, Everywhere, Oh Well, Rhiannon, Little Lies, Black Magic Woman, Seven Wonders, Say You Love Me, Big Love, Oh Diane, Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around, Albatross, Sara, Man Of The World, Hold Me, Green Manalishi, Need Your Love So Bad, The Chain etc…

What people have said about Fleetwood Bac:

‘ Keep up the good work! Much luck.’ - Mick Fleetwood

‘Loved the show, really enjoyed playing with you.’ - Bob Brunning, original Fleetwood Mac bass player, and author of ‘Fleetwood Mac: Rumours And Lies’

‘Stevie looks fabulous... Lindsey’s act is well sussed... Mick is entertaining to watch throughout... Christine is unbelievably accurate... first-rate.’ - Martin Celmins, Peter Green’s official biographer.

'Musical archaeologists reconstruct their favourite rock mammoth with painstaking accuracy.'-

The Times

‘Spot on. A thoroughly professional and entertaining evening. Fans of the real thing will certainly not be disappointed.’ - The Stage.

Simon McBride
Date: 3rd November 2017
Details:  “The Holy Trinity of Belfast rock ‘n roll – Van Morrison, Rory Gallagher & Gary Moore – might just be on the verge of becoming a four-leaf clover.” PERFORMER MAGAZINE USA

After back-pedalling on his solo career to start a family, Simon McBride “the man who everyone wants in their band” is back on the road with his own jet-fuelled outfit.

The turn of 2016 saw McBride touring with Ian Gillan, filling the shoes of Ritchie Blackmore in a programme of Deep Purple songs that played across Europe. The first half of 2017 has him touring with uber-keyboardist Don Airey (another member of Deep Purple), followed by an outing with Whitesnake offshoot, Snakecharmer.

With his band of fellow Irishmen Marty McCloskey (drums) and Dave Marks (bass) Simon delivers his own distinctive songs (“Hugely accomplished” MOJO) along with crowd-pleasers from the likes of Hendrix and Free plus of course, explosive guitar playing!

His guitar skills (“Among the best blues-rock players anywhere in the world” GUITARIST) have made him a go-to guitarist on the British Blues-rock scene, admired among professionals, followed by enthusiasts, and endorsed by some of the biggest brands on the guitar scene.

Rewind to the early nineties and you didn’t have to squint to spot future greatness in the unassuming kid from Belfast, who picked up his first guitar at ten, eschewing formal lessons to bend his fingers around the music of Free, Jeff Beck and Hendrix. At 16 he turned pro, leaving education behind to wow the world as a hired gun in projects that ranged from filling Vivian Campbell’s shoes in Sweet Savage, to R&B and soul with ex-Commitments vocalist Andrew Strong. Touring in his own right he has supported Joe Satriani, Jeff Beck and Joe Bonamassa and played major festivals around Europe.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and seated on the balcony upstairs.

Doors: 7:30pm

Mostly Autumn
Date: 4th November 2017
Details:  Presented by Classic Rock Society

Showcasing their new album Sight of Day, an album celebrating life which abounds with huge tracks that lead the listener into territory never explored by the band before.

Counted amongst the top 100 best prog bands of all time and winners of Best Live Concert and Best Female Vocalist 2014 (Olivia Sparnenn-Josh) in the Classic Rock Society awards, Mostly Autumn’s musical palette is diverse, they draw on influences from the golden age of rock, but have developed their own unique sound that both captures the essence of that era and yet looks forward into the future.

Delighted to be invited to support Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow in 2016 and 2017, they have earned themselves a name for their outstanding live shows and have been described as ‘the best band you have never heard’.

They have built a loyal and cult following since their first album sixteen years ago and in that time such luminaries as Steve Hackett, the late Richard Wright, the late Jon Lord and the BBC's own Bob Harris are amongst their many fans.

Mostly Autumn has also toured as an invited support act to Blackmore's Night, Uriah Heep and Jethro Tull, as well as being special guests at Bryan Adam's Murrayfield Stadium gig a few years ago. That alone should give some indication as to the caliber of the band.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and seated on the balcony upstairs.
