Flash in the Park 10k, Sun 18th June 2017 - Link
A scenic route completely off public roads at Pennington Flash Country Park, Leigh.
Entry now open: £16 unaffiliated and £13 for affiliated runners.
There is also a 1 mile family fun run before the main event (£1.50)
Volunteer roles include marshalling, registration & runner welfare. Full training provided.

Adults £10 & children aged 8+ £5, cost includes medal. Fancy dress optional.
Water stop half way around the course & hot food and drinks available at the finish.

The first Leigh Community 10K is on Sun 13th Aug & the Hospice is the official partner charity.
The race starts and finishes at Leigh Town Hall. The first section takes in Bradshawgate and Platt Fold Street, then two loops of Chapel Street and Holden Road. There will also be live music and entertainment on the day!
