An off-road, multi-terrain 5 mile race on Sun 29th Nov, 10am, Pennington Flash Country Park.
The entry price is £15 for non-affiliated runners (£13 affiliated). Enter online or by post.
Medals & goody bags for all finishers. Prizes awarded to 1st three men & 1st three women.
Volunteers needed, roles include marshalling, registration & runner welfare, training provided.

Festive fancy dress welcome.
Cycle, run or walk around Three Sisters Race Circuit in aid of the Mayor’s Charity and then enjoy refreshments in the cafe. Suitable for all the family, the more the merrier!
Cycling 10am - 11am (Please bring your own bike & helmet)
Running and Walking 11am - 12noon
Just turn up on the day and register. Charity donations welcome on arrival on the day.

Standish Hall Trail Race, Sat 20th Feb 2016, 2.30pm, approx 10k
Bar & free results on the day. The course is completely off road on bridle paths & woodland trail
