Because people aren't allowed an opinion anymore and the internet is becoming increasingly censored where alternative opinions are deemed an "hate crime" (look what happened to Alex Jones (no not the TV presenter), he's been banned from youtube and all social media. Thought Crime will be next. BTW, I'm not a Tommy Robinson supporter, he's just part of the controlled opposition in my view.

Ashtonman, everything is censored, MSM and Social media. It's all propaganda. You just have to make up your own mind, and not let someone else's agenda lead you to where they want you to be.

Wizzerwin, I think TTS was just proving the point? And your censoring him. He's entitled to his opinion. Whatever it is!!

Well he made that speech in November 2014

Once a Muslim group is identified as being extreme in nature and supports terrorism, the Government bans that organisation.

The Muslim grooming gangs have and are being prosecuted for it.

Have mistakes been made by the Government and Police in the past?

YES

They should have acted sooner, when they knew that these things were being carried out by Muslims.

So what more can be done by the authorities now ?

You tell me

Replied: 28th May 2019 at 20:32

The government can start to put things right by stop pandering to the people who are making their own laws I.e. sharia law, our government make the laws of our country and we abide by them, well some of us do.
My step son went in a suburb of London ten years ago and when he came home he told me that there were no go areas for whites and the police didn’t go in some areas after dark. I didn’t believe him until I’ve witnessed the hatred from some of the Asian people.
What I don’t understand is why the establishment and the media ban Robinson instead of debating about the problems.

Well it is the job of the police to keep law and order and to uphold people's rights and liberties, the pressure should be put on the police to do these things by the Government, not by extreme groups, in the video Stacy Dooley was going mental about what those Muslims were chanting and that is the way to do it, publicise it, get it out there, so people that people can see what they are doing wrong.

I've read his convictions and seen his videos. I don't think it was any media that filmed that it was very poor quality so it's probably done on a phone by another football fan. You don't know the man either but you are taking his Youtube videos as gospel, it's his ilk that he gets most of his support from, football thugs and extreme right wingers, not all but most. I understand the problems he is active against but I don't want a thug representing me and here he is again doing what he's always done being a thug.

You say I don’t know him, that’s true but I took the time to go to his rallies and saw for myself how he is treated.

SYL was initially charged with contempt of court.
In this case it meant that his actions and words jeopardised a trial.
He was found guilt and sentenced.

He appealed, was found guilty, again, and duly sentenced.

I later emerged that that SYL's actions very nearly jeopardised the case:

"Today, thanks to that hearing, we know Robinson nearly derailed the Leeds trial after judges at the Old Bailey revealed what happened next. There were attempts by the grooming gang defendants to have the trial stopped on the basis that a jury could no longer reach a fair verdict. One of the men even managed to get a hearing at the Court of Appeal that could have led to him being freed."

This from the link provided by stacker lee.

SYL's actions could have led to some of this grooming gang to be freed.
This why we have laws concerning contempt of court and not mob violence determining the outcome of trials.

That's why I qualified my post with 'anyone familiar with the case'.

Actually he appealed the contempt finding which was quashed by the court of appeal because "the correct legal procedure hadn't been followed"

Lady Justice Sharp then ruled that fresh proceedings could be brought against him and when they were, a charge of 'unlawful physical aggression' was added, and for anyone who saw the recording (since removed off You Tube) of his approach to the convicted pedophiles on the day, it raise's the question of a stitch up.

Please get it right. I never wrote that. At his second trial, he was again found guilty.

His appeal was NOT dismissed. It was allowed, but due to the sentence imposed NOT the charges, or the verdict.
That is why there was a second trial.

Charged, tried, found guilty, appealed, re-tried, found guilty and whinged.

YSL could also have been guilty of enabling groomers and sex offenders to walk free, due to his racist, bigotted and thuggish behaviour.

How on earth do you know what I have seen.
I have not seen any "footage".

"Wigandiver tell me this do you think he should have been put in Belmarsh a category one prison even if he was guilty?"

Belmarsh is the default place prisoners are taken to from the Old Bailey before often being transferred to another prison to serve their sentence. A legal source said that convicts serving less than six months often serve their time in Belmarsh rather than being moved to save on the administration.

Worth a read.
He was sentenced to 19 weeks, of which he will have to serve half before release.

I have read about this saga for months now and I have now come to some concloosions .....

1, I don't need Tommy Robinson to represent my views about the Muslim grooming gangs, I am capable of hating them on my own and I do hate them.

2. However, I don't hate of blame other Muslims who are decent people, I don't tar all Muslims with the same brush.

3. I have grave concerns about how the massive numbers of immigrants who have entered this country in recent years, has impacted the infrastructure and culture of this country, but I don't blame the people who have come here, I blame the system which has allowed them to come here.

4. I blame the EU and Liberal minded British Politicians for 'rigging' the system to allow unfettered immigration into this country, in that the more EU immigrants there are in this country, the easier it is for the EU to impose their will upon us and the seemingly impossible task of us actually leaving the EU is a demonstration of the power the EU has over us, and that in itself is a reason to leave the infernal EU organisation.

But will all those "decent" Muslims side with the Christians of this country when they do take over or will they swear allegiance to Allah and his laws?

Good post Tommy.

In the year to September 2018 net migration to the UK was 283,000. Lots of figures available on Google. It should be stressed that these are official figures. There seems to be illegals arriving almost daily.

Yet some of our officials think it's the right thing to do allowing them in in droves.

The figures given are for 'NET' immigration, which incloodes people who have left.

i.e. for example if in any given time period, lets say 3 million immigrants entered this country and 1 million people left this country, then the 'NET' immigration into this country would be 2 million and the figures which folk talk about are the 'NET' immigration figures.

Since when and where did you get the figures? Earlier this week I checked your surname which is of Irish origins. Does that mean somewhere along the line your ancestors “ bailed out of the country of their birth?” Surely not.

Some facts whupsy

UK Population Increase

From that information in the ten years between 1975 and 1985 the population increased by 328,000

Between 2005 and 2015 after Tony opened the door to everyone in 2004, the population rise was 4,697,000

From a three hundred and twenty eight thousand increase in between 1975 and 1985 to a four million six hundred and ninety seven thousand increase, in between 2005 and 2015

That is what it is all about whupsy, the numbers and the numbers are frightening and it needs to stop before this country goes bankrupt from it ....

immigration and pensions
If you earn the national average wage in the UK even if you have worked all your life from the age of 18 to pension age you will never have paid enough money into the national insurance to earn a full pension - 163 pounds a week - it is mathematically impossible. Because of this and the fact that people are living for much longer you need an average of 83 people in employment to pay 1 pensioner's costs. That is why you need immigration - that is a principal reason you need it - so you may not like immigrants but they are necessary - its simple mathematics.

The Tories use the same statistical information as what Labour and the Yoonions use, from the ONS (office of national statistics) and if you think there are five million fewer people in this country, then I suggest you nip down to casualty and see if they are short of customers, or ask folk who are trying to get their kids into local schools, whether they think there are fewer people in this country ...

That’s why some countries have the points system or similar. They have some control of who enters the country and obviously Doctor’s and Nurses would be right up on the list.

I don't believe they want to get rid of the NHS but the Tory's have tried to make it cost less money, to be more efficient and I think they have failed, they have made the problems it has worse.

But I will say again and that is that there are too many people in this country now, for the same infrastructure we have always had, since the NHS was created ...
