A big hello to all.
A cloudy bright pleasant day here in Blighty, 15C is forecast.
A breakfast of cheese on wholemeal toast.
A lazy morning asleep again LOL!!!!!
A smoothie lunch.
This arvo local walk. these new restrictions have really put a stop to things, but they are necessary.

Mo, good to know you're looking after yourselves.
As you say, lots of warm liquid is needed.

Lizzie, things have really tightened up here in Blighty, lots of restriction of movement and the collection of people coming together, it's all for the best.
