Hello all..its been a lovely sunny day..what a change.

Cliffs not been too good for a few days so Im chief cook
and bottle washer seeing to animals etc..just had a nod

Our Lee's had problems with pains in his neck and shoulder
arm going numb etc..finally got to docs who said it was
delayed shock,gave him meds but they didnt suit him..so he
got himself Turmeric with black lepper..much better way to
go instead of drugs.

Sounds like its all trouble but its not..life is still good.

Off we jolly well go..scar,cart,scat,cries,cress,crate,cater,carat,cart,cert,
crass,crasis,crat,race,resist,react,racist,acer,acre,trice.
