Another dull cloudy day here in Blighty, 9C is forecast.
Another lazy morning asleep.
This arvo, a trip to Wigan for a mooch if I have the energy.

Mo, I’m coming off some tablets to help me sleep which are no longer being effective.
The withdrawal symptoms are nausea and I’ve developed shaky hands, I have to drink with a straw as I can’t hold a cup or glass, so at the moment I’m not very happy.
