Hello all....well started painting at last..just the background first.

Saw the Nurse this morning for review on inhaler..anyway she explained a
lot about the flu jab..it isn't the vaccine that causes any problems,when you
have the jab all your antibodies go into overdrive against the strain you've
just had..leaving the immune system at rock bottom,so of course anything
nasty comes along you're the first to be affected if your immune system
isn't very good...so I've had the jab and am I glad..just to keep taking the
immune support tabs..she explained better than any Doc did.

Ray,I'm glad you've picked up..surprising what Vino Collaspo can do.keep
on with it..as though you need telling.
