A very good day to all.
A bright sunny cloudy day here, hope it stays this way.
A busy morning doing domestics.
This arvo a walk round Rivvy.
It’s my turn for blood tests today, 5-00 pm at the docs in Howfen.
I had my annual blood test done in January and I was deficient in follic acid, calcium and vitamin D.
I was given a follic acid supplement and have added two portions of smoked haddock for vitamin D and extra cheese for calcium to my diet, so hopefully I will have sorted things out.

Mo, hope your lad has got his car fixed today.
I bet you’re looking forward to the hot spell predicted.
Thankfully we’re not getting the 45C they are having on the continent.
