A very good day to everybody.
A bright sunny day with some cloud here in Blighty, 17C forecast.
A busy morning in the garden, I’ve scrarified the lawn.
This arvo our usual ‘big shop’ in Leyth.

Mo, I was interested to see your post about the ‘Ambulance’ TV programme and the song ‘Golden Slumbers’.
I know you’re not a Beatles fan, but it was written by Paul McCartney and first recorded by The Beatles on their ‘Abbey Road’ album.
I have to say the version by Ben Folds is better.

Well done as usual to Marie for starting us off.
A high word count today, so loads more for Our Mo, hope Vince can join us, it seems his internet is indeterminate.

Lizzie, I was interested in an unusual word you posted in yesterday’s solutions.

‘Udal’
Law, a form of freehold possession of land existing in northern Europe before the introduction of the feudal system and still used in Orkney and Shetland.

‘More knowledge’ as Dustaf would say.
Hope you get your much needed rain.
I do seem to have ‘papped on’ today!!!!! LOL
Take care.
