This arvo a walk round Rivvy is on the cards, we park on the road bridge between Anglesark and Upper Rivington and do a circuit of Upper Rivington Reservoir.

It seems these hippy dippy people at Stonehenge have got it wrong.
The ‘experts’ say that it is a place that celebrates the Winter solstice and the return of Spring. also a remembrance of the ancestors.
