Hi all,
Still busy around King St at the moment, having a bit of a problem with suitable photos for use as buildings,also the photos I have taken of the models appear to be varying in quality!However the ones in these photos wouldn't normally be seen in all there glory, the rest of King St being in the way. Even though the photo is rubbish I am quite pleased with the way Grimes' Arcade turned out

Particularly the view out of the back of the arcade ( a b&w shot that I'm sure I stole off Wiganworld, sorry but I can't remember whose it is ) So who ever you are / were thankyou for contributing.

The other building that caused me a lot of problems seems to have featured many times in Message board discussions as to exactly the entrance(s) etc to the Bodega where located. However other than the photo of the corner of the building with the Horse drawn Funeral Carriages No-One has ever taken a photo of the front ! As such while the top two floors are actual photos of the building the ground floor is completely from imagination / photos of a Bodega Hotel in Newcastle. So if anyone knows any different SPEAK NOW OR FOREVER HOLD YOUR PEACE. Before I glue it all together

It was while looking for the Bodega that I discovered the Methodist Church on the site next door that was replaced by Tesco's. Again basically bugger all photos exist of the church except a couple of ariel shots from afar or a small portion of a corner.

Other than the windows being slightly different on the front! And where is it? I hear to ask in joy!
Bolton! alive and well and I can got quite clear shots of it from Google Street view ( SHHHH!)

SO must get on with more of the same and even a few rooves(?) I think, It's going to be around 36-38 deg all weekend, far to hot to venture into the garden don't you think?
