My Grandson, 15 yrs old, born and brought up in Fl has never seen snow.. We took him to NY city one year at Christmas time, in hopes of seeing snow. We bought silk long sleeve undershirts and long johns to keep us warm.. That Christmas was on of the Warmest on record, go figure
