All the current crop of TV programmes, (Impossible Railways et al) are really stirring up the sense of 'wanderlust' for me.

Reminds me of a song we sang at school, which had the words, "It's the Far Cuillins that are puttin love on me" (The Road to the Isles)

Any suggestions for adventure travel for Septuagenarians with precarious health status?

Is it better to settle for 'God's waiting room', or to go out with a bang at Everest Base Camp or similar?
