Going to have eggs, bacon, mushroom, and tomato for brecky the morn. Can't have baked beans: sodium level is higher than I am permitted.

I very, very, rarely have such a fry up these days, but got some eggs, as I had some bacon, mushrooms and tomato ingredients remaining from Bolognese sauce that I made yesterday.
