SMOKE SALMON PATE.

4 good fillets smoke salmon
6oz butter softened (unsalted)
12 oz cream cheese
2 tbls horseradish
lemon juice
salt and black pepper

Flake the salmon beat in the butter, cream cheese and horseradish,salt and pepper.

Nice for starters at xmas
