There's only two people involved in this action.
One is the assailant, the other is the victim.
In this case, the victim is Purple Acki and the assailant is, as yet, unknown.
Now, you post that a "famous Wiganer" is, in some way, involved.
Of the two people mentioned, I know Acki is certainly not a Wiganer, let alone a famous one, as he is from Liverpool. That's common knowledge, at least to those who know, or are aware of, him.
Which leaves one other person, the assailant.

So, are you saying that Acki was shot by a famous Wiganer?
