Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

My grandma was born in poolstock in 1897 and lived there for 70 yrs ,i once asked her about the supposed farmhouse.She said it was a myth and Scotsmans was an old gravel pit.No farmhouse but maybe there could be some form of building relating to the workings.
