Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Scotsmans(Pearson & Knowles)Flash,was caused by mining subsidence, & before Wigan Sailing Club ever went on it, Wigan Sea Cadets (TS Lady Crawford SCC), were sailing there for years...I was one of 'em. I don't know whether it's still there, but on one of the bar pillars in the Market Hotel, (dunno what it's called now), is a pic of the Rob-Jolly boat we used to sail, With CPO Harry Melling stood before the mainmast
