I remember not long after I started at Golborne seeing this little old black faced tasmanian devil running up and down the Florida level screaming and shouting at anything and everything.That was my first sight of Joe Moss! Then there was the time Geoff Blackburn was going up on the Cromy manrider and he stopped at a junction where there was a fella sat with his back against a lagging board,lamp off,helmet off,fast asleep! Geoff got off the rider,crept up to him,shone his light in his face and tapped him on the head with his stick. "What are ya doin'?" says Geoff."Havin a minute" says the lad. "when tha comes up pit,tha con come an have a minute in my office" says Geoff.
