Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Thanks Magic tree; I'm not sure is we are talking about the same Pat Keane. I know he had a brother but I thought his name might have been Phil (but I might be wrong). I only got to know Pat when I worked for the landscape section of the council in the mid 70s and Pat worked on the forestry section at the time. I don't know if he was from Pem but he settled in Abram. He was very much into folk music; his dad was a headmaster; his wife has Greek roots... he held a very high office in his work before he retired.
Nice to reminisce on the FAG.
