Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Getting back to L.3.brow, coming home from work today I noticed that there's a sign at the top of Parbold Hill giving the gradient on the Southport side, the steep side, as 14%. If my maths are right that coverts to about 1in7. That means that L.3. brow was a fair bit steeper than Parbold Hill.

Chris, is that correct?
